Most of the images you see here are more recent works. These images were made using a variety of techniques.

A few are simply photographs to which I made color and sharpness corrections. Some are done with a process called photographic manipulation where I use some of the countless techniques that Adobe Photoshop has to offer to enhance the image so that it becomes something more than a photograph. It actually transforms the image into a work of art.

The third technique is digital painting. By using the photograph as a reference and the latest painting software from Corel, I actually paint the image on my computer with a drawing pad and stylus. When I have it the way I want it, I can then print the image. It really does open up unlimited avenues of creativity.

There will be more images available in the near future. If you see something you like, these images and others are available as note cards and as small prints. Contact me at shawartworx@aol.com for sizes and prices.
